Welcome to Forggis’ Return and Refund Policy. We know rentals can sometimes come with unexpected situations, and this page explains how we handle returns, refunds, and related requests. Payment and Refund Method

Forggis accepts only Cash on Delivery for all orders placed through our platform. If a refund is approved, it will be issued through a Bank Transfer. We will request the necessary bank details from you when processing the refund. All information collected for this purpose will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) to ensure transparency and lawful use.

When Returns May Be Requested

Because rentals involve specific timeframes and limited availability of items, we ask customers to check sizing, event schedules, and delivery details cautiously before placing an order. However, we understand that issues can occur. Returns may be requested in the following situations:

  • The item delivered is significantly different from what was displayed on the website.
  • The item arrives with noticeable damage that makes it unusable for your event.
  • The wrong item is delivered.

Requests outside these situations will be evaluated individually. Our goal is to understand what went wrong and find a reasonable solution in line with our rental processes.

Process for Return Requests

To request a return, write to info@forggis.com within a short time after receiving the item, ideally before your rental date. Please include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and reply with the next steps. In some cases, we may arrange for pickup of the item or ask you to return it using a method we specify.

Refund Eligibility

If the return request is approved, we will begin the refund process. Refunds are issued only through Bank Transfers and only after the item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions described in this policy. Depending on the situation, partial refunds may apply if only part of the booking is affected. You will be informed of the exact amount once the review is complete.

Personal Data Under PDPO

Any personal data collected during the return or refund process - such as contact details or bank information - will be used strictly for handling your request. We follow the PDPO to ensure that your information is used only for a clear purpose, stored securely, and retained only for as long as needed.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been significantly altered after delivery, exposed to misuse, or returned past the rental period may not qualify for refunds. We will review documented details before making a final decision.
