Use of Our Website

When browsing or placing a rental order on our website, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with local laws in Hong Kong. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and updated. Any information you share - such as contact details or delivery addresses - should be correct at the time of submission so we can process orders without delay.

Rental Process

Our rental service allows you to choose items, select dates, and confirm an order through the website. Availability may change at any time due to demand or maintenance. We work to keep product listings, images, descriptions, and rental periods as accurate as possible, but items may vary slightly in color, texture, or fit. Before placing an order, customers are encouraged to review details such as size and rental duration.

Payment Terms

Forggis accepts only Cash on Delivery for all rental orders. Please ensure you have the required amount at the time of delivery. Refunds - when approved - are made exclusively through Bank Transfers. We will request the necessary bank details during the refund process, and these details will be handled according to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@forggis.com. We will review your request and inform you whether the change can be accommodated. Some changes may not be possible if the item is already prepared, dispatched, or reserved for a specific time frame.

Responsibility of The Customer

Once an item is delivered, it is your responsibility to look after it during the rental period. The item should be used only for its intended purpose and returned at the time agreed. Items that are returned with serious wear, alterations, or loss may result in additional charges or denial of future rentals. We aim to keep the process simple and honest, and we trust customers to handle rented items with the respect expected of a shared garment system.

Returns and Refunds

Return and refund decisions follow the guidelines described in our Return and Refund Policy. Requests must be sent to info@forggis.com with relevant details such as order number, issue description, and photos if necessary. Refunds are issued through Bank Transfers only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Privacy and PDPO Compliance

Forggis handles all personal data according to the PDPO of Hong Kong. This includes information provided during account creation, rental orders, delivery arrangements, and refund processes. We only collect data needed for specific purposes, keep it secure, and allow access or correction upon request. Forggis is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues, unexpected downtime, or situations beyond our control.
